Under the banner "River for Peace and Development," the 8th River Festival is slated to captivate audiences on March 16-17, 2018. Collaborating with the Siem Reap Provincial Administration, the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, and various governmental bodies and private entities, the Ministry of Tourism endeavors to orchestrate a multifaceted extravaganza.

During a recent press briefing, Mr. Somara revealed that the festival's budget, though modest compared to its maritime counterpart, is judiciously managed.
