In a recent meeting held at the headquarters of the Council of the Development of Cambodia (CDC) in Phnom Penh, Ms. Alissar Chaker, the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cambodia, expressed commendation for Cambodia's strides in development.
